Day 1: Post a photo of yourself and 15 things about you
1. I am completely obsessed with and addicted to snowboarding. This summer I told my roommate that my heart ached and I felt like I'd been dumped by snowboarding. That's how painful life without snowboarding is for me. I've been a snowboard instructor for 4 years. Best Job Ever.
2. I'm kindof a dude. hence i have a difficult time understanding my own gender.
3. I have three awesome bro's. They are the shiz!
4. I get homesick for the stuff about Minnesota that everyone else hates. Like the bitter bitter cold. And the snowstorms.
5. I love to use obscure words.
6. I have a strange and inexplicable attraction to men with beards and long hair who wear skinny jeans.
7. I'm a BFA major and I can't pick an emphasis. I want to be a painter and a photographer but they are two completely separate programs.
8. I find the first day of class each semester invigorating and exciting. Did I mention I'm a nerd?
9. I'm tone-deaf and I love music, the who, the decemberists, passion pit, marina and the diamonds, cake, beastie boys, brother ali, ben lee, rush.
10. I have awesome boingy curls (they really do boing)
11. I'm a total granola/dirty hippy. I hate cars and I don't own one. I'd rather ride my bike than drive a car and I desperately want dreads but I think would miss my curls too much.
12. I feel closer to God out in nature/mountains than I've ever felt at a church related function.
13. I say words like legit, gnarly, shiz, gnarly shiz, and dude far more frequently than is normal.
14. I'm incredibly awkward and I crack myself up on a regular basis.
15. I wear nothing but skinny jeans, shirts of course, and beanies. Did I mention I snowboard 4 days a week?
I was on a roll and I just couldn't stop at 15
16. I'm a vegetarian (chicken grosses me out. yuck)
17. I often have random urges... To do cartwheels and other spastic things like pretend to be a spy.
